Carry Your Cross I- 2026

Carry Your Cross is part of a two-panel artwork exploring the burden that every person carries throughout life.

Each person has a story, an experience, or a relationship that can deeply affect them and become a part of who they are. Some of these experiences leave pain that we carry silently, often without others knowing the full story behind it.

The work explores the idea of accepting these burdens rather than allowing them to define or destroy us. It reflects on how pain and difficult experiences can be transformed into something meaningful, powerful, and even beautiful.

The cross becomes a symbol of the personal weight we carry, but also of the journey through which we learn to live with it, transform it, and continue moving forward
